Land Rebate Incentive Program V1.0 (LRIP)

To get a land at attractive price to set up manufacturing companies is quite challenging, whereby the Industrial Development Bureau (“IDB”) of the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (“ADDED”) has established LRIP V1.0 program to address the Industrial Land Price challenges and cerate favorable investment environment.

The LRIP 1.0 Program will allow eligible industries and sector such as Electrical Manufacturing, Electronics Manufacturing, Machineries Manufacturing, Transportation Manufacturing, Chemical those are based in Abu Dhabi mainland to attain growth through long term contract with low rent rates, if the manufacturing eligible entities meet the specific criteria & scores.
